Indy, Occupational Therapist
Indy completed her Bachelor of Arts (Sociology) at Swinburne University before going on to complete her Master of Occupational Therapy Practice at La Trobe University. Early in her studies, she discovered a strong passion for paediatrics, quickly realising this was where she could make the greatest impact in children’s lives.
Indy has experience across community, NDIS, and private practice settings, supporting both children and young adults. She is deeply committed to neuro-affirming, child-led practice, and is passionate about empowering her clients to pursue goals that are meaningful to them. Indy values compassionate advocacy and works closely with families to ensure therapy feels safe, collaborative, and truly supportive of each child’s unique strengths.
Her approach is grounded in connection, curiosity, and respect. Indy is particularly interested in early intervention and parent coaching, believing that empowering caregivers has a powerful flow-on effect for children’s growth and wellbeing. She aims to create an environment where children feel understood, celebrated, and free to lead the way in their therapeutic journey.
Continuous learning is important to Indy. She is always developing her clinical skills to ensure she can offer high quality, responsive care to families across all neurotypes.
Outside of work, Indy loves anything that sparks her creativity and joy: reading fantasy books, crocheting, drawing, and spending time with her family and friends. These moments help her stay grounded so she can bring her best self into every session.
