Leo, Occupational Therapist
Leo is a passionate occupational therapist who brings warmth, curiosity, and a strong commitment to relationship-based therapy into every session. He holds a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy with Honours from Monash University and has experience working across private practice, community health, and both mental and physical rehabilitation settings — in Melbourne and internationally.
Leo has supported children with Autism, ADHD, intellectual disability, sensory processing differences, and social-emotional challenges, and is especially interested in helping kids build confidence in their daily routines, motor skills, and emotional regulation. He is deeply committed to creating joyful, meaningful therapy experiences that reflect each child’s interests, strengths, and goals.
Leo is passionate about working alongside families from diverse cultural backgrounds, and is fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese. He believes that connection is key — when children feel seen and supported, they are free to thrive.
He draws on a range of neurodiversity-affirming approaches including child-led and play-based therapy, and is especially interested in sensory modulation and the role it plays in supporting a child’s regulation and engagement.
Outside of work, you’ll find Leo hiking through the bush or playing soccer with friends — always accompanied by his dog Beanie and his partner. Nature is his happy place.
